We'd expected to stop here and see very passive museum type displays of Kellogg's life and work. Instead, we had an interesting guide who walked us through and encouraged us to try some of the equipment developed by Kellogg and used to stimulate better health....More

The discovery center is really very nice for the learning of history in Battle Creek. It is a walking tour of the buildings and some homes of the early settlers that influenced our communities history. Its a simple lifestyle of the 7th day adventist church.

John Harvey Kellogg had some interesting (and often incorrect) beliefs regarding human health and behavior. The 7th Day Adventist church obviously didn't set this up to provide an objective view of the man, but it's worth a visit if you are in the area. Many...More

Small museum with 9 outbuildings. Short video history of Kellogg's sanitarium with interesting, hands-on inventions by Dr. John Kellogg. Arrived late and did not get to see outbuildings. Will return soon. Staff was great to tour with.
