We played a quick nine in the afternoon in mid- October, and really enjoyed this course. Was a bit disappointed that at our 2:40 tee time wouldn't be considered twilight. We finished the 9 quickly. The greens were fast, only complaint was that the ladies tee boxes were quite hacked up and uneven. Staff friendly and carts clean with GPS.

Nice golf course. Very helpful staff. Greens kept up well. For the end of the summer services were still very good.

I've played the passage several times in the past few years. Let me tell you, it never disappoints! Not only is the course maintained well, but the amenities are the best around. Coffee, bottled water, towels, and tees are just some of the items to expect. The golf carts really set it apart from any course I've ever played. The... More

I played here in early June with a group of about 15. We were able to tee off about 15 minutes ahead of our tee time, and we played the course in a little over 4 hours, which is pretty good these days. The course was in good shape - tee boxes, fairways, and greens. The course is fairly challenging... More

The Homestead actually bought this course and totally renovated it a couple years ago. I would say it went from a so-so course to a 'must-play', especially if staying at Homestead. The course is very playable from white tees, nice blend from middle (I think blue tees), and challenging from the tips. Arnold Palmer redesigned and made fairways a bit... More

We were heading up the Leelanau peninsula when we drove by this course. We had the clubs in the car so we stopped by. Fall pricing was $35 for 18 with cart. It was a fun Challenging course. Fairly tight in a few spots but not too bad. The course was in good condition and well maintained. There were very... More

Pulling up to the Bag Drop the attendentants were more than .helpful. They could not have been any nicer, It is a beautiful clubhouse. Very nice. Mantiou Passage is a... More

Manitou passage greens are fast and are in nice condition. Course has a great layout and amazing views. I would recommend the course. White tees are challenging for weekend golfers.

Manitou Passage is a great course. This course provides a challenge for the average golfer and will cost you less than most courses of the same caliber in the Traverse City area. If you are in the area, this is a must play for the value, and you get some amazing views! I will happily play this track anytime I... More

Outside of the intermittent sprinkles of rain the course is very challenging. Would recommend this course for all types of golfers. Rolling Hills, elevated par 3's and much more prove to be very challenging. Go up and take the challenge. The 8th hole gives a view of the Manitou Passage in Lake Michigan, we had FOG. The staff was very... More
