A small venue for theater enthusiasts. The small theater provides a real connection with the actors and the plays are so enjoyable and well done!

Love this setting. 168 seat theatre. Very clean and friendly. Saw God of Carnage and it was good. We have seen a few plays here. It is in a small town with a cute downtown.

Our family took sometime out from our holiday celebration to attend the Purple Rose's production of God of Carnage by Yasmina Reza. The cast included Rusty Mewha, Kate Thomsen, Paul Strolli and Michelle Mountain. This was our second trip to the Purple Rose. Last year...More

We have seen many wonderful plays here, but "God of Carnage" was not one of them. In fact, it was the worst play we have ever seen anywhere. It was embarrassing for us to have invited friends to attend.

We truly see a range of attire here at the theater. Dressy casual or business casual are the most common. Jeans are absolutely fine. Just be comfortable and enjoy!

We have been in all rows on all sides and have yet to have a bad seat. I am a short adult, 5', so often have difficulty seeing over the person in front of me and have never had any sight problems in this theater. Enjoy!
