We like the old fashioned train ride. Workers were awesome! A must for families of all ages. Especially the Great pumpkin train.

The train ride was awesome and not too long even for a 2 year and a 3 year old. The only issue is because it's so old there's no air conditioning and that made the ride kind of hot and it wasn't the hottest day...More

It is so much fun to ride the railways. The train ride takes about 1.5 hrs to go from Coopersville to Marne and back. They offer a number of rides throughout the summer including the bunny train in the spring, the troop train on memorial...More

Waste of time and money. Slow, like 10 mph tops. Scenery obstructed by brush the whole trip. Screaming toddlers. Give me my 90 minutes back.

This is a fun way to experience train travel in the 20s or 30s. It's a relatively short ride (maybe 5 miles each direction). The all volunteer crew were friendly, helpful and courteous. One comment: this Saturday departure was advertised as an EnterTRAINment Excursion that...More

The C&M Railway is a short-run road between two quaint old Michigan cities. The entire system is very well maintained with everything looking and running like it clickity-clacked right out of history. The staff - all volunteers who love railroading - are pleasant, knowledgeable, and...More

You don't get to see that much from the train. You go through some farmland, and then basically go back. The lure for this attraction is the opportunity to ride on a historical railroad. They do offer special events. Warning, no air conditioning, so be...More

The scenery was interesting. Needs more input from staff. Family was somewhat disappointed. I think they do have some special rides. I think our ride was in July of 2013.

From what I can tell the trains are not handicap accessible, that be said, if it is a young child that you can lift it may be possible, I would check their office, I may be missing something...
