I guess this drive is famous for when it's Fall and you see all the trees turning color. We were there in August so everything was green. Nice drive.

The road up is steep and curvy, but it's definitely worth the drive. The view at the top is absolutely beautiful---especially at sunset!!

We took this drive as we were heading out of Copper Harbor. The road is quite rustic but well worth the trip. Stunning views from several pull offs. The trip was made all the more pleasant by two very nice young road workers who were...More

Beautiful views from this road. Be sure to stop at the overlooks to take in the sites and snap some pictures.

We visited in August and it was overcast and a little chilly. The views were fantastic and I think it would be even better in the fall. We were lucky enough to be there just before a rain storm, because it would have been hard...More

It is beautiful and seriously the only place ATT cell users have signal. Drove up there 4 times while in CH and it was never crowded. The drive up is a little tedious due to it being a mountain.

We travelled up here twice, because we wanted to catch the sunset! It was well worth the drive. The views were breathtaking!

We loved this road trip! We stopped at almost all of the pull off spots and enjoyed the view from all of them. Very steep climbs at times, so be prepared. Worth the trip! This would be absolutely spectacular in the fall!

Although it was a little chilly at the top, the view made up for cold. A must see when you go to Copper Harbor.

No it is not the same trail system. I just did a search online and Brockway Mountain Drive goes off of Hwy 26 and heads inland. Where Hwy 26 goes along the lake shore.

Yes it is. But like Bison said it is beat up in some spots. But the view is worth the drive.
