Home of the Detroit Tigers, this is no ordinary ballpark. Combination theme park, ballpark, and baseball museum, it features huge statues of tigers, a Ferris wheel, carousel (with tigers, of course) and a fountain that celebrates each home run with colored lights and music.

The sight lines at Comerica Park are flat out superb. And the design makes you feel like you're part of the city, not walled off from it. Lots of interesting food and beverage, but prices are pretty scary (I seem to recall $9 for a...More

Comerica Park is a very nice venue. Home of the Detroit Tigers, park is excellent, staff is friendly. Concessions are typically expensive, but aren't they at all such venues.

This is one of America's greatest ball parks. I love the fact that there's a bathroom for women and men everywhere you turn. The food is good and the choices exceptional. It looks just like Detroit of old. Experience it for yourself.

Very safe. There are several hotels within walking distance, and Ford Field, the home of the Lions, is juxtaposed behind Comerica,so several eateries are well placed nearby, in many price ranges. No problem even in evening... More

You will want to be higher up on third baseline in order to keep in the shade. Otherwise the sun is very intense and hot in summer.
