Showed up at 1:30pm on a Friday and asked to purchase tickets for two adults. The clerk said 'no, unless you're with the school, it's only open to schools during the week' So beware, if you're here during the week, and not affiliated with a school, this planetarium is off limits to folks interested in astronomy. Real bummer! Was so... More

My first visit to Abrams Planetarium was many years ago and it has not lost its luster. The facility has been well-maintained and is as awe-inspiring as ever. The views of the Universe have been enhanced by modern digital technology and computer graphics. The accompanying music greatly adds to the overall viewing experience.

We have been frequenting the planetarium since I was a small child. The wonders of the stars, broadcast in a cool, dark room. Come to campus, get ice cream, see the stars!! Go green!!

This is a great attraction to visit. The presentions are always informative! The black light gallery ready for viewing while waiting to enter the seating area is also intriguing.

I've looking forward to taking the kids to the planetarium and flying through the start sky and Milky Way. That must be too old school because after a brief token find the North Star and such we were whisked on a psychedelic tumble of loopy loops that made you feel like you were falling and my kids aged 4 and... Came with a group of 5 adults. Small atrium with some interesting things to look at before the show. The show was entertaining and great value for $4 per person. Parking is free. Highly recommend.
