Genesee Valley is a great mall with a nice mixture of stores. Easy parking and great atmosphere. Love the Barnes and Noble there!

If you are looking for variety this is the mall to come to. They have a little of everything. Nice selections of store and large parking lot.

This mall used to have a good selection if stores. Now, not one place sells professional women's clothing. Teens and early 20's have a great selection. There is one good men's wear store. It is back to school shopping season and the mall was empty yesterday. A sad change from even 10 years ago.

In the 80's and 90's this mall was the place to go to shop and hang out. Then for a number of number of years it was on the decline and many storefronts went vacant. Over the past couple of years it has been returning to the living, and on a recent visit (7/30/16) it was nearly full and lots... More

Genesis Valley Center isn't the place it used to be. Unfortunately some of the better retailers have left. The mall tries to fill the vacancies, but they new stores often don't have the sales to stay open. I stop in at least once while spending summers in Michigan and am usually able to find some decent bargains. I do miss... More

Overall, it is a small mall, but okay. There are several stores in there, some stores have left and there are empty spaces. The mall tries to fill them up, but businesses don't seem to want to go there. Probably because of the stereotype of Flint. It is not a bad area, but when businesses pull out, it can make... More

Love the mall. I live near it and go quite often. Large selection of stores and many places to sit and have a snack.

Out last stop on our way back home. I was impressed by the size of the mall and variety of the stores and services. My daughter-in-law ended up finding some bargains for my granddaughter. I hope to stop again when I have some more time.

I have shopped here for over 40 years. It has everything you could need, and a good selection of restaurants in the food court. There is a Macy's, Penneys, Sears, and Burlington Coat Factory as the big retail stores, and then many other specialty stores for young and old shoppers. I love the mall.
