I have traveled to many Presidential libraries and this one ranks as one of the best. The setting in downtown Grand Rapids is beautiful and the information is presented in a wonderful way to bring to life the story of the Gerald Ford Presidency.

Presidential libraries may not seem exiting but it is incredible what you can find out in a place like this. We had a wonderful afternoon and came away with a new understanding and appreciation for Ford.

There are many activities for both adults and kids alike. We will be back to visit new exhibits as we did not get to see the whole area as they were having fabulous dances from around the world as well as vendors.

This is a great museum for both democrats and republicans. The exhibits are constantly changing and they have lectures from famous authors about past and current events. Very cool place.

We visited the Museum and enjoyed the Rock and Politics exhibit. The exhibit was very interesting. The museum is very nice. While in Grand Rapids we also visited Founders and The Knickerbocker.

"I'm a Ford not a Lincoln" President Ford liked to joke. His humility and his down-home midwestern sense of decency come through in the latest renovation after his and Betty's passing. A must see if you are in Grand Rapids.

It is very easy to get around. I too have some difficulty walking and I didn't have any problems while being there. Yes, there are places to sit.
