The view at the top is beautiful! I was worried about the climb up the stairs, but it isn't that bad. There are places to stop along the way. There is free limited parking just down the street; you could even walk there from the...More

This is a must stop if you are out by Holland State Park. A short hike followed by several flights of stairs, ends with two outlooks over Lake Michigan and Holland State Park to the west, and to the east a beautiful view down Lake...More

I've been living here for about a decade and I have yet to explore what this area truly has to offer. The beach is nice but sometimes its a fight to get out there to get a spot to park. Thankfully, this is an option...More

I saw some reviews about this being a tough climb. My husband and I are both in our early 60's and hardly fitness enthusiasts, but we made it easily to the top. There are places along the way to rest if need be. We saw...More

Perfect climb if you're looking for some beautiful views of the lakes and beaches without the crowds at the beach. Once you catch your breath it's very peaceful! ;)

Don't miss the greatest mountain in Holland. Let the kids burn off some energy while you burn off that cheeseburger climbing this beast. Great view.

The 260 steps to the top of Mount Pisgah are totally worth it as the views are breathtaking every way you look!! Put on your bucket list!

It's a good workout climb to the top. Once there the view is breath taking. The trail through the dunes to the other campground is also a fun walk.

A butt buster of 260 steps that will ultimately provide a view of "Big Red" lightohouse, Lake Michigan and beach....as well as parking lots...just wish the parking lots weren't inlcuded.

I'm 67 and I usually take a break or two on the way up and you can still do the climb in about 10 minutes.

Climbing the stairs at Mt. Pisgah is great for kids. There are benches on landings along the way, but my experience is that the kids do better climbing about 200 steps than the adults do.

Yes, there is some street parking as well as a lot for about 30 cars 1/4 mile west of the entrance to the path which leads to the stairway. If you are camping at the state park the beach campground is about 3/4 of a mile... More
