Scenic old fishing village tucked in Leland Michigan. Lots to explore with great photo opportunities. Things in Leland close early, so get all the exploring done before 8pm.

So charming cute place with great shops, restaurants, outdoor seating, people fishing and eating. The people watching is great, who’s jumping on a boat going fishing, who is launching their boat, families with kids and lots to doin a small area.

Sleepy lakeside town with good shopping, good restaurants and friendly people. We stayed at the Falling Water Lodge, basic motel style accomodation close to everything. Well worth the visit

We stopped here for the night after a road trip down the shore from Petoskey. We stayed right on the river and watched the fish trying to jump back upstream. We enjoyed every minute and will return!
