We were visiting Silver Lake in the off season. And, we quickly learned that there are very few places to grab a bite to eat in the off season. So, we were happy to find out that the Country Dairy served lunch. And, we were even happier to learn that each sandwich came with a bottomless glass of milk. Your... More

My absolute favorite place to get ice cream, chocolate milk, butter, steak and all things cow! There are tours to visit the cows and you can even see them as you eat your meal. They have the best cow related products I have ever had! It's a couple miles off the highway but an absolute must go! Take a cooler... More

Thanks for reviewing Country Dairy! As you know, we only take milk from our own cows to make all the yummy dairy products produced in our own on-site processing facility. In addition, we raise quality beef on our own beef farm specifically selecting our best steers for our market. The freshness of our products makes a difference! Thanks again! More

Great food and I love the endless glass of milk. This is a working dairy farm with tours that shows how we get milk from the farm to the store. Great little country store with lots of dairy products, and they have Ice Cream and cheese curds!!!! Great family restaurant & go visit the cows in the pasture.

Always great to visit Country Dairy. Food and pizza are awesome. Chocolate milk is awesome. Take the tour of the farm, well worth the cost of admission.

What a fun afternoon at Country Dairy...we toured the facility, visited the calves, watched the milking & bottling process & sampled the best ice cream ever! Alex lead our tour & we all learned so much. Thanks for a great afternoon!

After a morning at the nearby orchard and farm with petting zoo, this is a second stop for lunch, ice cream and fresh milk! Options for tours of the dairy, cheese, locally made items are included at this stop.

Rode the Wm Field bike trail and came upon the Country Dairy. Did a quick check of Trip Advisor reviews and decided to blow major calories here. Totally worth it. Chocolate milk was awesome-$1 for bottomless cup. Are you kidding me? My partner and I then went for the butter pecan ice cream. I can honestly say that it was... More

We travelled from Manitowoc Wi. to Ludington Mi. on the Car Ferry Badger. We stayed overnight and the next day drove about a half hour to New Era. Country Dairy is a working dairy farm. For a modest cost they take you on a tractor ride to see the cows up close. There is some walking involved on the tour.... More

This a fun destination and a great place to eat! Family owned business: Milk, cheese, and ice-cream can't be beat! They offer an enjoyable educational tour called Moo School. Great activity for all ages if you're in the area. It's a great place to eat too. Don't overlook pizza in the adjacent room. Everything we've had is wonderful. Kids meals... More

We stopped here for lunch and the tour after cycling from Mears. It was a wonderful tour and we got to meet the calf triplets and were able to pet them! Jeff, our tour guide was so friendly and explained things well. It was an informative and fun tour. The paninis we ordered were so yummy and the ice cream... More
