You can watch large Lake Freighters and recreational boats up very close on a deep blue river that drains the upper three Great Lakes. Good parking. Safe. Several mile stroll right next to the river, plenty of relaxing places to sit and very good fishing

Brief visit. It was very windy. Glad we went but didn’t take very much time. We waited but didn’t see any freighters either.

The Blue Water River Walk was a gift to the city of Port Huron. It is a lovely place to take a stroll along the St. Clair River and to enjoy the beauty of the Blue Water Area. A must see!

A well maintained walkway, information plaques along the walk and some beautiful artwork, like 'Sugar' the life-sized horse made from scrap metal.

One of Port Huron's chief attractions, overlooking the St. Clair River. It is nice to see the city of Port Huron preserve the view for public use rather than allowing commercial construction.

Always great for a run. Would be nice if it connected though and went further into town or north of the bridge.

Walked along the river after dinner- very pleasant walk and great view! Lots of people but easy to find a parking space.

The walk is very wide, I did not see wheelchair curb cuts, but it is so new that under ADA, my guess is that there would have to be and someone else said yes. It is very smooth and we saw lots of folks with baby strollers... More
