I went with my mom and dad and with my visiting family from a different state, the captain was a very funny guy with some corny, but somewhat funny jokes and a nice personality, the service in the ticket booth was a little slow but I could tell it was because it was just a young teenager selling tickets. We... More

Worst experience ever !! The driver insulted me and my family. I sent my wife and two of my kids (10 and 5) on the ride. I was taking a few photos of my family and the driver starts calling me the creepy guy in the yellow shirt taking pictures. It was unbelievable. So insulting. I took my other son... More

My wife and I have taken the Duck several times (maybe 4?) over the last dozen years. This year we had or 12 year old grandson and 5 year old granddaughter. We knew the importance of getting tickets and getting a place in line on the street where the Duck stops. We lined up about 30 minutes early and were... More

We traveled to Saugatuck with visiting grandchildren to ride the duck boats. We got a one o'clock ticket but was worried that an approaching thunderstorm would cancel the trip. Well they did not cancel or postpone!! The captain just hurried with the boarding and departure to beat the storm. We got caught in downpour with wind and thunder all around... More

called at 10am and asked for directions to ticket booth - 15 minutes later when we got there, we were told that the attraction was closed or a private party - felt like we should have been given this information when we called 15 minutes early - VERY disappointed -

We did the Saugatuck Dune rides the day before with our 5 y/o. It was awesome...just fast and steep enough to get a thrill while not freaking out my kid. We had high hopes the next day for the duck ride. The seats are insanely uncomfortable, so even if a senior citizen just wanting a relaxing ride, you will be... More

We booked a trip on the Duck with our 5 year old great nephew. We enjoyed the Big Band music and found the Duck Captain to be good fun and we enjoyed his sense of humor. Nice to tour the 2 towns and take a ride on the water. We plan to take the tour again.

So much fun!!! The duck driver had such a clever and great sense of humor - he was really, really great. Nice way to see the area. Loved the 40's music at the beginning and end of the tour - made me think about the heroes that were in these vehicles during WWII. We found this to be a wonderful... More

The tour operator singled out my family as we walked downtown and proceeded to hurl one insult after another at us, trying to be funny. Any idiot can try and make a joke at someone else's expense, this clown should be run out of town, what an embarrassment!

It was a nice option to do something in a small town,a captain was super funny. 45 min tide arround two downtowns and across the lagoon.
