This was our very first attraction of the vacation up at the soo, and it was definitely worth it! We didn't really go for the museum, but rather the views, and we were not dissapointed. They have both an inside and outdoor obversation deck, both...More

Checked out the Tower of History while visiting the Soo and found it interesting. There is some information about the history of the area and there is an interesting video you can watch which explains the history of the area in much more detail. Once...More

First we thought this was a detention center, then a HQ for the galactic empire. Turns out, it's a sparing museum with a mish-mosh local theme. Main attraction is the observation deck, atop a post-Soviet architecture that cost a fortune to build.

It is an observation platform. The facility could use some serious updating. I even thought twice about riding in the elevator-for safety reasons. The few exhibits they do have downstairs are disorganized and random. We stayed about 30 minutes.

The Tower of History really isn't much of an attraction. You are taken up to an observation point and it has listed the boats, homes, etc in the area and you can view them from above. I was expecting something a bit more so I...More

I was amazed at what you could see once you rode the elevator up to the top and seen the views all around you. This is something that you need to experience for your self. On the ground floor you have a little museum and...More

Stopped in to climb to the top and the signs outside listed the open hours. Parked and walked up only to find that it was not yet open for the Summer season
