Everything about our trip to Chateau Grand Traverse Winery was excellent. We did the little wine tour which was very informative and interesting. We also did the wine tasting and ended up leaving wit 7 bottles of wine because we loved so many of the wines we tasted. Everyone was extremely nice (Shannon and Ellen were wonderful!) and the views... More

This is my favorite winery in TC! The wine is tasty, and the views are breathtaking. This would be a great venue for an outdoor wedding. The wine tasting is fun and there are snacks for purchase as well. The nice thing is if you find a wine you love, they likely distribute it to a wine store near home.... More

My husband and i got a tasting flight and went out side to sit on the porch. not much of a view but still beautiful. You must get the cheese dip/crackers to get with your wine and their homemade snack mix. loved it! also their wines are very reasonable to purchase. if you do the tasting instead of the flight... We had been here many years ago and it wasn't one of our favorites. We come up to OMP every summer from MO so we had to be selective with our vacation time. But this last year we were referred over here by staff at another local winery to check out their Gamay Noir. We gave it a shot and... More

Spectacular event at the Inn at Chateau Grand Traverse! After a ten year hiatus, they brought back the Corks and Forks wine Tour and Five course dinner featuring Chef Perry! We have already booked the event next April! We sampled wine in the private cellar, had tour and education from the winemaker himself, tasted wine right from the stainless steel... More

CGT is probably my favorite winery on Old Mission. They have a good variety of quality vines. It's $3 to taste 5 wines and if you make any purchases, you can take the tasting fee off of your purchase. We also did the free tour (offered twice on Saturdays) and it was fun to learn how the original OMP winery... More

Nice tasting room, some light finger food available for purchase, fireplace for the colder weather, knowledgeable staff and reasonably priced wines, with a few options including a couple with T.C. Cherries

We loved the late harvest riesling wine that we tasted here! Nice wine tasting. It's a spacious setting with quite a few wines to choose from and other merchandise as well. Friendly hosts that explain the wines.

We discovered this winery 1.5 years ago and returned today to restock. The tastings are fun and inexpensive (5 wines for $3 or $5 depending on selections). We purchased the cherry riesling as well as a couple of other favorites. But we also added a few new selections based on today's tasting. If you purchase, $3 per tasting is deducted... More

We have stayed in the bed and breakfast several times. We love the atmosphere. It's cleanand comfortable. We love staying here at the end of August. It's a frequent anniversary weekend. The overview of the orchard is beautiful. Their wine is excellent and I love the amenities in the bed and breakfast.
