One of the many gems the peninsula hosts, driving there is an experience itself. Beautiful and clean beach with a nice playground nearby. Being a bay the water may not be that cold as in other beaches on lake Michigan.

This is a quaint beach, with beautiful, calm waters. Away from the busy-ness of traverse. We love it for relaxing and so our son can swim easily on his own.

Lovely spot for a picnic or just sit and soak in the sunshine. Great place for kids to run and splash with nice sandy beach. Could spend all afternoon here.

This beach is over crowded. They offer a single outhouse for hundreds of people, often there is no toilet paper and no way to wash your hands. There is no shelter or place to change other than the outhouse, and the day I was in...More

I love TC. I love this beach. It's like a little secret off the beaten path. My husband keeps a screensaver of the lovely boats that are anchored there on his computer in the winter to remind him of the beauty this state has to...More
