We brought our son here for a short "staycation" with his best friend, staying one night. I want to start off by saying, every staff member was very pleasant and helpful. But the overall impression is that this is an out-dated place that needs serious refreshing. The water park itself is very fun although again, consistent with our experience overall... More

This was our first visit and our daughter was super pumped to go. When we got there, very early to buy tickets, the day passes had already been sold out online. We wasted all morning waiting around and couldn't even get in. The staff at the counter were very unhelpful, even after I explained that we were new. When we... More

We purchased half day passes and there were no lines. It was her first visit and with no lines we were worn out long before the passes expired!

Stayed at the Radisson which is connected to waterpark. Very nice waterpark, but if busy hard to find a table to sit & put your stuff. Seemed clean, kids & grandkids sure enjoyed it. Different prices if staying in hotel or not.

We have really enjoyed this water park in the past, but this visit was disappointing. Really understaffed. All of the young adults working looked overwhelmed and exhausted, everything was dirty( trash, wet, used towels everywhere.) The locker kiosks weren't working, there were 3 of them and they all were glitchy and refusing credit cards. Not just mine, many people around... More

I took my son here for a reward and just some one on one time. It was a blast! We stayed at the hotel as well to make it even easier. There was plenty to do, but he is a bit afraid of some of the larger slides, so we kept it small. It was still fun for me as... More

My 18 month old loved the kid section, with our help she could go down slides and play in the water. They have free life jackets to use for all ages. Adults could also take their young ones in the activity pool to play with balls or swim. Our 15 year old liked the water slides and lazy river. If... More

This was our first visit and we were underwhelmed. Had free passes for the morning and our kids just wanted to go home. I seriously have a hard time believing this is the biggest indoor water park in America. It was crowded-- every tube was in use. The wave pool was small. Nice lazy river. The tube slides were fun... Great place to spend a winter day! There is a lot of seating for parents and people that are not swimming/sliding/floating. Many slides and fun things for kids (of all ages) to do! Only complaint, food is expensive in the little cafe they have, but that is to be expected I guess.

My family and I loved this indoor water park. It was not very crowded after Thanksgiving and we did not have to stand in any long lines for the slides. My 12 year old loved all the slides, although my wife and I felt like we were being waterboarded on the body slide. Our 15 month old also really enjoyed... More
