Booked online with no problems. Went to check in and they couldn't find my reservation. Rudely asked if I was sure I was at the right hotel. I told my confirmation number and was told that it wasn't valid. Finally pulled up my confirmation email and showed it to the rude girl helping me. She then snapped and said I... More

Stayed here for a weekend. I stayed in the new part of the hotel and the room was larger than i expected. The bed was quite comfortable. The staff downstairs was helpful and all of the restaurants were as described on their website. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Huge selection! Everything great. Service good place clean. I wish they would bus tables quicker. Food is amazing. I think this is the best buffet in the state shrimp boiled or fried in alfreado. Prime rib. Ribs chicken fish sausage too much to list.

Sorry, but we prefer Grand Casino Hinckley to stay at. The rooms are updated and clean at Hinckley. At Black Bear the room was in need of many repairs, was smoking.

I'm from Illinois so we can't smoke in the casino's there ,so it was nice to be able to smoke inside the Black Bear. It was average as far as casino's go,but I had fun. The beer was cold and price wasn't bad either. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries to go from the Sage Deli, service was decent... More

Stayed there for a concert. The place is new and clean but way too smokey. You really can't avoid the smoke smell even on the non-smoking floors. Great concert, loved the Eli Young Band but the casino is too smokey

This was my 18yr old son's first time at a casino. We agreed to only spend $5 each. Myself, daughter, & 2 sons went in & had a blast with the $5!! My daughter & oldest boy were the big winners..lol. We each only spent $5, but had a great time!!

Food was just so-so for lunch. Only thing I loved was the Chicken Wild Rice, it was incredible. Service was sloooow, that's why I gave it a 2. We were in line for lunch on a Tuesday and the cashier at the buffet was soooo slow. Nothing new, same as weekend. The line grew longer and longer. Then it got... More

Back to visit after 18 months or so. Lots of changes and updates since last visit. All employees super nice, casino floor very open, lots of room to move about. Lots of restrooms as well.
