Nice view

This is one of the nicest rest areas I've been to. There are picnic tables all around so you can have a picnic enjoying Lake Superior.

I have been here many times and if it is your first visit to Duluth you should stop here. The view is amazing and the place is very clean with tons of parking. There is a very lame sculpture here- you can skip that part but the rest is worth a stop. They also have very friendly staff on hand... More

Love this out of the way rest area with lots of room for our pet as well. It is also located at the same exit as several hotels, restaurants and gas which is really convenient!

The most scenic rest area we have ever visited. Clean and well kept inside and out. Nice picnic areas. Several overlooks over Duluth, Lake Superior and the St. Louis River. Friendly and helpful staff at the information area. I sure wish they were all this nice.

This is a wonderful information center with a fabulous view. The people could not have been nicer about asking what we wanted to see and places to go and how to get there. Lots of good maps and information.

We brought our son-in-law and daughter and family to this spot FIRST! A great way to introduce all to the area. Informative and beautiful. Lovely staff there also.

A rest area doesn't sound very exciting, but this is a fabulous place to stop to view the city from above. If the weather is bad, this is a great (sheltered) place to watch storms and rainbows form over the city. There are some hiking trails that connect here too, so plenty of room to move around. There are also... More

This is a usual lunch spot in and out of the area. Plenty of tables. Clean restrooms. Friendly info counter staff. Easy in and out from I 35.
