Beautiful building & fun stores. Wish more stores would rent because it is a wonderful place to go into. Hopeful it stays standing & no one thinks it’s necessary to bulldoze it down to make a parking lot.

We went here expecting to see a number of local artist exhibits and other retail shops. Found only 1 artist there and very few shops open. Very disappointing, would not go back.

Nearly all the shops that had been in here are gone/shut down. We went over Memorial Day weekend. Only a couple ships were still there. The only one worth visiting was a small boutique whose layout stretched between a couple rooms. The building itself is...More

We stopped here to look around and shop but was very disappointed. Not much there. We like to support local businesses when we can but the advertising listed more stores than what was there.

The Old Central School was solidly built and has lasted into this century. Some of the school rooms have been converted into shops that will provide a warm welcome and a wide range of unique items. The yarn shop is especially nice.

This old school has been converted into a local marketplace with a number of businesses. It was great to see the past maintained instead of being torn down.

Most of the shops have closed up including the beautiful quilt shop that was here. The architecture is wonderful and a lot of the old stuff still remains like the wooden floors, etc., however, disappointing trip as far as shopping is concerned.

Walk the old halls of Academia, tour the little shops in the old classrooms were education once reigned. Walk the Yellow Brick Road.

We stopped here for the MN Quilt Shop Hop & were blown away at how beautifully this old school has been cared for. I absolutely love to see that this old building has been reinvented into a new life for artistic purposes. I hope they...More
