Took in a play here while vacationing from out of town. Fun little play house with neat ambiance in the entry waiting areas as there are many items of oddities on the ceilings, fun to look at. The stage and seating area is not huge...More

Taken by friends, we enjoyed Silent Sky, an incredible small cast show. We enjoyed the town, including dinner, before the show.

We love visiting the Lanesboro area and always make time to see whatever production the Commonweal is performing. They never fail to amaze us!

We visited Lanesboro unexpectedly last fall, when other plans fell through, and saw Steel Magnolias during one of our evenings there. It was a wonderful production, with great acting, humor, tragedy and an atmosphere that just brought the audience into the setting of the play....More

My 13 year old says yes! It is pretty active and fun. It might be good to give him a little background to the story ahead of time.
