This campus sometimes gets a negative perception because it is in the city, but it is decent. There are some really nice buildings and the athletic venues are really good - pretty new football stadium that has a nice college feel. Mariucci Arena is a nice place to catch a hockey game. Parking can be tough sometimes, so give yourself... More

University is located Minneapolis and St.Paul. Has an interesting looking art museum that looks like the face of Megatron from movie Transformers.

Not a nice scenic campus at all - insane to try to park near or walk through. Restaurants nearby may be good but same issues with parking and then trying to find availability.

I've been on campus in 3 season, but until this trip had not been here during Autumn. Colors were absolutely spectacular. Its a beautiful campus to begin with, along the river with lots of green space, mall area wide open, academic buildings make it feel like a campus which is good. But this trip, even more beautiful with the colors... More

The Museums are Closed on Sundays, so we swung by and got a tour! Austin was a great tour guide and showed us all around campus.

Love this University. It has so much to offer and now with almost the new buildings, restaurants, sports facilities, etc, I don't know how you could not want to come here. It does get cold but with underground tunnels it's a breeze plus this area has just as many things to do in the winter than it does in the... More

The new(ish) Gopher stadium is modern... and awesome. Well built. HUGE TV screen. Heated grass field. Tons of food, drinks, and adult beverages to choose from. Every seat is a good seat. GREAT place to be on a Saturday night. GREAT energy.

Pretty campus. We rented bikes and explored it. There are cheap bike station scattered throughout downtown (maybe in other neighborhoods too). We found out about the bikes from our hotel desk clerk - fantastic!

Went to a football game here. Was impressed by the campus. Beautiful this time of year. Very large but manageable on bike. Bike lock areas everywhere. Most everyone was friendly. Eateries were great and service was good. We had a great time here.
