Best view of Minneapolis downtown from its highest point. Lots of park benches around the tower to sit and relax while enjoying the view. Excellent spot for a date.

I stopped in around sunset on my way to a business dinner. Great to get up high in this otherwise fairly flat area, and the views were worth it. Also a treat to drive through the beautiful old neighborhoods leading up to the site.

I played tennis near here with a cousin. It's a great landmark in an older Minneapolis neighborhood. Beautiful old trees, windy roads and of course, the Mississippi River.

Old water tower that looks as if it has a witch's hat on the top of the tower. Great views of downtown Minneapolis. Casual walk in the neighbourhood you will find many older unique homes.

Awesome 1930's architecture. Building inside is Lit up at night & one can see wooden ceiling from the ground. Questionable after dark. No lighting on the grounds.

A nice little park with nothing much but the tower. It would be a lot better if you could visit the top if they had more time allotted (if they have) so you can have a better experience.

Basically the witches tower is only open a couple of days of the year. If you can get in there you are treated with a great veiw of the river and minneapolis. The other draw is what I used to do in cross country. The coach would jog us all up here and we would jog the hills for endurance.
