exercise. park close to the city. Great locations to walk, good food, ice cream and views. You must pay to park and it is a bit crowded on weekends. Great place to spend and hour or a full day.

Very pretty urban park. The falls are lovely and seeing where the stream joins the mighty Mississippi is breathtaking

Great park for families or just getting outdoors. Trails along the river. Very senic pic's. Can river walk in the shallows.

Lovely park with playground, cafes and other amenities. The waterfalls are pretty and you can see plenty of wildlife around even on a busy day. Great day out for families and easily accessed by light train from Minneapolis.

i didn't rent a surrey but there are lots available. i did hike a few of the trails along the stream. very nice. shaded and well used. the waterfall is lovely.

check the light rail route, I do believe there is a stop near the park.
