Well known landmark used for the backstage scenes in Prince's, "Purple Rain." Had a chance to get a glimpse, but locked up tighter than a Revolution Drum.

This was the first time visiting the theatre and it was a wonderful experience. The theatre itself is beautiful inside. Comfortable seating and not a bad seat in it. Employee's were exceptionally helpful and nice. The acoustics were fabulous and that was important as we sat...More

I am not reviewing the performances at the Orpheum, as each is unique and should be judged on its own merits. We recently saw Wicked at the Orpheum, and it was amazing and fantastic. However, the theater should be viewed objectively as a place to...More

I have been to the Orpheum a few times and never disappoints. The theater is historic and beautifully restored. There isn't a bad seat in the house. The staff of the Orpheum are great, except I would have appreciated the usher that saw the person...More

Saw Rent last weekend and I will say the people in this play have amazing voices. It was such a lively production and so entertaining. I highly recommend seeing "RENT".

We saw Wicked on Mother's day and it was wonderful. There is not a bad seat at the Orpheum. The bathroom lines get very long though. I recommend stepping out before intermission or you will wait.

Loved the show we saw, but the theater itself is not nice. Clean, yes, but the seats are small and uncomfortable (worse than flying coach). I am only 5'4" and had my knees jammed against the seat in front of me. My poor husband is...More

Had a great time watching wicked in Orpheum Theater! The space is big with first and second floor if I am not mistaken. Before the show started we went to the bathroom and it was a long line, so to save time we just decided...More

We went to Wicked which was very good! However, I couldn't make it through the line at the restroom during the intermission without missing the show. Men's restrooms were fine, but the women's line was excessive. We parked in the open lot for $10 across...More

You'll be uncomfortable in there for such a big show. Go to New York or Chicago to see it
