I come here whenever I'm in the city and it's always so beautiful, especially in the winter. It's a great way to escape to a tropical paradise or beautiful garden!

I have no idea. I'd call Como Park Zoo directly.
We will be visiting from out of town and staying at a Mall of America area hotel. We will not have a car. Is there a shuttle or public transportation available to get to the zoo?

No direct shuttle, public transportation isn't too bad or Uber, cab, etc.
