Very beautiful and historic location.... we didn't pay to go into this lighthouse as we were waiting to see Split Rock. With that being said the views were still pretty spectacular. You can see the GINORMOUS ore ship docks and there's a long concrete Breakwave...More

We came here and hiked down to the end of the pier. We did some rock skipping and put our feet in the water. It's a nice place to visit.

My wife and I spent two nights at the Lighthouse B&B and it was well worth the trip. Melissa, the inn keeper was very helpful and prepared an excellent breakfast.

First, check weather before visiting the North Shore because weather can make it miserable. Apparently many days are extremely foggy on the North Shore. We stopped at the Two Harbors visitor center. The lady was very helpful. She told us about the two harbors light...More

Great place to stop and walk. We walked out to the signal light and came across a couple of men fishing. My husband enjoyed talking with them and both of them caught lake trout while we were there. Beautiful lighthouse up on the hill.

Had some time to kill so spent an hour walking around and out the pier. It was a pretty spot and not too crowded. We didn't want to pay the fee to get the tour of the lighthouse.

The history surrounding the place is interesting. The site itself is nice and the gift shop is what you would expect in terms of selection and variety. Nothing really sets this apart from other light houses.

We got a tip to visit the lighthouse/ore boat loading docks from a helpful lady at the information hut north of town. We stopped in to check things out, and ended up loving the walk on the break-water out to the harbor's signal light. Uncrowded...More

This lighthouse is still functional? How about that?? Very cool! Also cool to find out that this is also a B&B! My wife told me to book it, but I guess it books quickly. This lighthouse is gated in and the grounds are well kept....More

The light house is only open for day time tours. We did Not stay at the B&B as we were going further south that day. You can google the Two Harbor B&B to find out the information you need.
