Dutch born Blues and Rock enthusiast Theo told us he's collected memorabilia for 45 years. His fabulous collection stretched back to the US Blues heydays of the 20's and 30's, including later English and European Blues artists, segueing into major pieces from the European rock...More

We had heard of the museum from others, but we were never sure if we would be able to visit. However, on a planned Memphis trip, we realized that we were only about 90 minutes away from Clarksdale and decided to make the drive. The...More

We stopped by during a small festival. How lucky! There was live music outside, strong local blues musicians.

Go if you can, I hear it may not continue forever. This collection is worth a couple of looks. Clarksdale rocks!

This museum is a hidden gem, it's like a tardis. There is an admission fee of $5. There is a small gift shop in the reception area. We were told that the museum is one person's collection of memorabilia from the past 45 years. There...More

If you are into rock and blues memorabilia, this is a good place to stop. Brought in by Theo, a Dutch collector who wants to preserve the culture and music, and invest in Clarksdale. There are lots of music options and other stuff for purchase...More

One of the best things about this museum is the staff. They give you a tour, background and explanation of how one exhibit/performer influenced another. We also had a great concert performed by one of the staff who told a great story of how he...More

This is a great place - a mine of memorabilia and a wonderful collection of material from before the days of rock-and-roll, right up to now. It's not exclusively Clarksdale - but the whole rock and blues scene. Not expensive and well worth it
