This museum works hard to keep their collection fresh, and, don’t hesitate to show young talent next to the work of Anderson.

Love this museum. A fascinating look at a man and his art. Makes me feel that we all should learn to express our creative side. Great way to spend a couple of hours.

This was my second visit here and I saw things I missed before. I love this mans art! And his story! If you can find the book his wife wrote get it. Really really worth seeing.

The museum features local artists along with well-known artists. Of course the main attraction is the works of Walter Anderson. The staff is well-versed in the exhibits. It's one of the best art museums in the south for sure.
