Easy to get to, not to cumbersome to move around, but not my favorite arena

We enjoy going to concerts here. Usually all seats are great. We've seen a lot of great bands, a circus & inside crafts as well as high school graduation.

Ticketmaster told me that my daughter would need a copy of my drivers license and credit card that I bought her for Christmas. When she went to pick the tickets the agent took her sweet time and cared more about visiting with the other employees than help her. Took over 20 minutes to get something that should have take maybe... More

I don't know if it was whoever was operating the sound board and effects for the bands I went to see, or if I'm just turning into an old prude, but I feel like I missed out on a great show. The smoke effects made the bands impossible to see, and the music was SO loud, I could really make... More

Very comfortable arena, no jacket of gloves needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ample food and serves beer. Great place to take a date or familirpes.

easy access, it was a bit small to hist a taekwondo tournament but that is not the Centers fault. the organizers only reserved certain rooms for the tournment.

Got here early for a concert, so we had no problem getting in. But the people working the event seemed almost clueless. Opened the doors late, had what seemed as newbies doing security and scanning tickets. Lines for drinks and restrooms were very long and the traffic leaving even longer. Concert was awesome and sounded great.

This facility and grounds have practically everything. Fairgrounds, concerts, food distribution, hockey games, you name it, they have it.

This is, by far, the worst concert venue around. From the 35 minute standstill traffic for a mile all the way around the place, to the $5 parking in the mud pits (venue seats 8,000+ and they only have 3,000 paved parking spaces!), to the 20 minute line to get in the door while the attendants check the teenie weenie... Parking is ok, getting in and out of venue is terrible. Plan on sitting awhile. Concessions are pricey. Seating ok. Swear I smelled cigarette smoke at some point.

First of all, the concert was great and I saw several children under age 10 having a blast. The building is pretty on the outside, staff is very nice. The problem lies with the parking and leaving. They need to learn how to handle the volume of vehicles involved with an event this size. People jumping curbs and driving across... More
