You can easily spend the entire day here. Great shows and unique shops to browse through. Rides for the kiddos, but not too many that monopolize the day. The train ride is a great way for the family to have fun and take a little break. Definitely see one, or more, of the shows. No matter what you do, DO... More

Large amusement park. There is a lot to do for little ones, our 3 year old had tons of fun. There were nursing areas for me to use with the baby. That being said, we will probably not return until our youngest is at least 4. Also I wish it stayed open later. Closing at 6 seemed way too early!

First, they determine what your child is able to do, i.e. if child can stand a little, they can ride certain roller coasters, but if they are fully in need of assistance, they can only ride certain rides, but they look at all the fine print for you to maximize what your child can do safely. Then they give you... More

Wonderful, better then Disneyland (not as crowded) and just a beautiful park, with lovely people everywhere.

Take your whole family to enjoy a step back in time. Rides, food, shows, and candle making. There is so much to explore and do. There is something for everyone. The people are outstanding and are definitely there to serve the public. Check out the Blacksmith and watch them make homemade peanut brittle from start to finish and sample it... More

We always enjoy eating at SDC, the food is always tasty and we love the variety. Not just the typical boring burgers and such. We love the skillets, berries and cream, make your own root beer floats and kettle chips. And the cinnamon bread is the best ever! You cant do better for theme park food anywhere!

There are so many reviews of SDC. Basically, it's my favorite theme park in the States. I've been to Disney World 5 times, most of the Universal Studies and many other places, but SDC is authentic, friendly, family oriented and just great! It's scenic, beautiful landscaping, great rides, fantastic shows, good food . . . . I love it! This... More
