Not a bad place for the family. Expect lots of people and hilly walking. One can rent a motorized cart or a wheelchair. If you want the cart, make sure to call (or on internet) ahead to reserve one because they will be all rented out the day you get there. We ate at the prime rib buffet by the... More

First visit to Silver Dollar City during the Christmas season. Great shows and several new rides since our last visit. Short wait for roller coasters. Wonderful Life show was worth the ticket price for the day. Did not make it to Dickens show but heard great things about it. Would recommend getting a show lovers pass to cut down on... More

Very beautiful for the holidays. We enjoyed the food, the Christmas lights, the shops and the Rudolph parade that evening.

Great day with the family! Employees were very helpful and friendly. I truly enjoyed the train ride with the story of the birth of Jesus. It is great to see this being told when so many places want us to run away from our Lord!

Great family fun, with or without a family! Lots to do and see; cool to see things being made, like the glass blowing, candy, etc. Good exercise, too, up and down paved walking areas. Great food!

Through the years, Silver Dollar City has added several big roller coasters. Outlaw Run was the world's first wooden roller coaster to feature inversions and loops. Wildfire is as good of a slick, twisting, looping coaster as you'll find at any thrill park like Six Flags or Cedar Point. But SDC is much more than just a few thrill rides.... More

Silver Dollar City is beautiful no matter what time of the year you go. We went for a few rides for my nephew, the cave and the Christmas lights. The lights were beautiful! It was very crowded which surprised me because it was very cold that day. The park was very clean as usual.

So many things to see and do and the holiday lights were spectacular! Loved watching the craftsmen do their trades!

We love Silver Dollar City. The park is beautiful, the rides are so fun, and food is delicious. The staff of Silver Dollar city are top notch, friendly and helpful. When in the park for my 22 y/o daughters birthday, they gave her a button to wear, several places she received birthday treats and employees all over the park wished... More
