Accommodations were comfortable and clean. Restaurant is good. Lifeguards are very diligent. Being a certified pool specialist, I am particularly critical of pool cleanliness. These were very well cared for.

Took a shot on this with a Groupon and were happy we did. Check in because of the Groupon was confusing and made us endure time share sales, but we managed. The room smelled a bit when we arrived, but seemed to leave in a few hours. The room has been updated, with very comfortable beds. The bathroom is really,... More

Castle Rock has been a mainstay for our family for the past few years, however this stay may have been our last. The indoor waterpark is our #1 reason for coming for our water loving kiddos and their cousins. This time the air temperature in the water park room was not warm enough and couple that with water that also... More

My sisters and I are so grateful that a room was available that all six of us could stay in since the reservation at another establishment apparently was given away. This is a nice place for a family to stay and have some fun. Your kids will really enjoy the inside water park. The only negative to our stay there... More

Our room was always clean. The water park was a blast for everyone from 2-32! Ate breakfast in the restaurant each morning was always delicious. The staff was very friendly and made the kids feel right at home. LOTS of lifeguards in the water park. We stayed in a tower room. With twin toddlers they left toys on the bed... More

We bought a Groupon and went down for a weekend with 3 adults, and 4 kids. It was supposed to be a cheap weekend stay. Turned out to be dirty and not worth it. If it wouldn't have been for the kids begging us to stay we would have come right back home. I even tried calling Grand Country Inn... More

Not very crowded. Has a deep indoor pool and two fast slides, one of which is a tube slide. Fun for kids and adults. Lazy river has sprinklers and buckets of water that pour on your head. There is also an outdoor pool playground and pool volleyball. The waterpark is not brand new and shows signs of wear, but is... More

I took my daughter since we were with a group but had I known the outside portion was closed then I would have passed, if half of your water park i closed then you shouldn't be paying the full amount. Make sure the hole water park is open before paying full price
