We have a home three miles from this attraction. Our youngest granddaughter has visited Talking Ricks with us maybe six times. Our last visit allowed her to use the crawling maze, pan for precious stones, take the dave tour, and shop for treasures in the shop. It is one of her favorite spots. Friendly and professional guides and staff, reasonably... More

Chuck was our guide and I think he did a great job. He made small talk with our boys and tried to answer their many questions about salamanders. I liked the science of cave development he explained - in an accessible way for all levels I think. Our 5 year old was a bit distracted during the talking bits -... More

My wife and I really enjoyed this tour - the staff was friendly and the site was well kept - if you have 50 mins to spare - I would do this - there are a lot of steps but it was worth it and the staff kept a great pace.

Nice tour of this gem of a cavern..the name is a bit misleading though there is a short lighyong and sound show, the only is by the tour.guide. This is a vertical cavern tour with a moew strenuous path than any other tour that I have ever been on. If you are not in pretty good shape, skip this one.... More

Definitely going to take the kids next time. It was beautiful. You walk 100 feet down and over 200 stairs. Narrow spaces.

We really enjoyed Talking Rocks Cavern. The cave there is very interesting looking with a lot of very cool structures. Our tour guide was very friendly and informative. There was plenty of time to take pictures and view the structures. We also enjoyed their nature trail. It's not too long and not too short. 10 min to an hour depending... More

Talking Rocks Cavern is okay. It is not a place for small children, anyone afraid of heights or claustrophobic, or who cannot manage a lot steps up and down in narrow spaces. You walk down to the bottom and turn around and walk back up. The formations are nice to look but there is nothing breathtaking. What is breath taking... More

This was our second tour of the cave. My nine years ago has Special Needs and one of his conditions happens to be Anxiety Disorder. "D" decided that before the first stop on the tour he did not want to continue. A call was made to the "Big White Box" and we were meet at "top" but a very sweet... More

Although the entry fee was a bit high, it was one of the better caves in the area. I enjoyed it more than fantastic caverns. The staff was nice. The hike down to the bottom was easy enough. Up is always harder. There is some trails to walk around too. The cavern is visually interesting as well. I'm glad we... More

The inside of the cavern was quite interesting and surprisingly warm as underground caves go. There were a couple of amazing formations to view from multiple viewing areas. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history and geology of the cavern. He skillfully answered several questions and made the experience worth the price of admission.
