Overview
More
Puddleduck Vineyard is a small family Tasmanian Vineyard owned by Darren and Jackie Brown. We welcome you to taste our beautiful cool climate wine at our friendly cellar door, which is open from 10 - 5 daily. Whilst here you will probably meet Polly our wine dog, or Lucky or cellar door duck. Feel free to have a "Reverse BYO" (you supply the picnic food and we supply the beverages) to enjoy while in the area.

We visited twice, this trip. On a sunny Sunday the grounds were very well patronised for reverse BYO - visitors took a picnic and enjoyed the wines. The cafe / restaurant was also well attended. There were still staff to provide a wine tasting. Later...More

There's so many good things about Puddleduck - the setting, the ability to bring a picnic and sit out around the lake, the cafe - but the wines just didn't do it for me. They were too thin and didn't have enough body to them,...More

We stopped into Puddleduck, I absolutely LOVED their sparkling wine and we picked up some items from the Duck Shop for our duck loving child. Beautiful spot to BYO and enjoy the surroundings. Including Polly the beautiful puppy.

We visited the winery with a tour group. Owner Jackie was friendly and warm as she presented a number of their wines for tasting. There's an excellent gift shop, with a wide selection of quality merchandise. The grounds are very pretty, and it's a nice...More

Sorry went there in a day trip. But any in the region would be good and probably cheaper than Hobart
