With the park youngest is 3 the oldest was 11. This was the perfect age for this part any older and teenagers might be spent 5 hours and the kids were still playing the food is reasonably priced and you can typically find a seat. Will maybe come again

Very dirty looking water park. Water was cold but the room was way too hot and they water was yellow. Nothing to do for young kids and water way too cold for a baby.

We took our 8 and 4 year old to Coco Key for spring break. First, DONT STAY AT MARK ADAMS! We enjoyed Coco Key! My kids had fun and the pool staff were friendly. We haven't been here in a few years, so we decided to try it again for a weekend trip. The cleanliness has definitely gone downhill. The water was very cloudy, and the screens/filters on the sides of the lazy river were chock full of trash. The zero entry baby pool was closed all day on Sunday, and the entire park... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review Amy. I am sorry that you didn't have the same experience so many others have had at CoCo Key. We investigated your illness claims with our upper management team whom reached out to the Kansas City, MO Health Department. After a thorough investigation, they found no trace of any issues... Our group took our young children, all under twelve years old. It was the perfect amount of water and lots fun for them. However the water was almost brown. I was automatically turned off by that. I have never been to the beach but I was told by other members of the group that it was just like the color... More

Thank you for the review. We value your feedback. I am pleased to hear the kids enjoyed their CoCo Key experience. We keep it at 84 degrees in CoCo Key. The water resort maintains a chlorine and ph balance that is within the guidelines of the Kansas City health department. Some of the more worn areas are going to be... More

I hate to have to rate a place in my own city so poorly but it must be done. A friend and I bought a Groupon to take our boys to the water park and stay the night. The experience was terrible overall. First my called to check on the times of the water park as we could not check... More

We have been season pass holders to Coco Key for the last couple of years. It is a great place for the kid to get out some energy over the winter months when it seems there isn't much to do. We prefer to go in the early mornings when it is less crowded because it can get pretty busy and... More

Basic indoor waterpark . The 3 kids we took had fun ages 14 months, 4 and 8. Bigger kids would find it boring. i could not believe they had no ketchup for burgers and fries kinda silly

We stayed last month in January. Positives: The hotel staff were kind and helpful. The girl at the check-in for the waterpark was extremely, extremely nice! The lifeguards were attentive to the kids, and every time I was watching, they were keeping a close eye on everyone. We have an 11-year-old and 15-year-old, so I felt comfortable letting them run...
