I've wanted to visit this museum for years and finally got the chance! Very nice exhibits. Knowledgeable staff who answer questions. It was good to learn more about the Civil War in this area.

me and my dad went to the lone jack battlefield museum. it was a great learning experience and i highly recommend it to familys

Located right south of Route 50, this is a small memorial for the battle and a cemetery too. It has a small Museum. But the entry fee is $5, so if you are interested in that sort of thing and the history of the battle...More

If you blink you may pass the exit for Lone Jack. Once you make your way to this little cemetery you will discover a little bit of rare history

Don't get me wrong, we have driven by the signs to this site for 50+ years. We finally decided to make a special trip with friends. While the museum, battlefield, and cemetery is very small to compared to other Civil War Battlefields it was interesting....More
