Place i s so large that you need to drive from stores unless you want to only browse. Typical outlet stores...we did levi where jeans were the same price as I get at Kohls, gymboree and justice where we did get some bargains, and Gap...More

We came to Osage Beach to do some back to school shopping. I hadn't been in years but was surprised to see many stores shut down and lots of empty spaces. The sales didn't seem like "outlet sales" either. I'll probably stick with Hanger Outlets...More

I was disappointed with this shopping outlet for my most recent shopping trip. Many stores have left, and numerous storefronts are empty! Sperry, Fossil, Coldstone, and Tommy Hilfiger are just a few to name off of my head that are now gone! Gap and Nike...More

An outdoor outlet mall, quite old and lots of empty shops with blacked out windows. Still lots of shops to go to and all staff we dealt with were very friendly.

I was surprised to see many shops empty. It was very busy on Sat. due to tax free weekend. Families everywhere in the rain. I would say Branson is a better shopping experience.

We enjoyed traveling down to the lake to get kiddos ready for the school year. We encountered helpful staff and a variety of stores to visit. Sad to see some stores vacant, but hopeful they'll be full next year. Our favorite mall to shop.

The reason I'm not giving this one star only is because it is a clean place that appears well-maintained. However, most of the storefronts are empty, and those remaining are staffed with young kids who aren't terribly interested in selling for their employers.

So this used to be filled with outlet stores. There are lots of empty spots now which is a shame. We spent some time (and money) in the Under Armour store but I really don't think the prices were discounted that much (if at all)....More

I was amazed as I had not been here for several years at the number of empty stores. It still has some of the classic outlet stores and is worth the trip.
