The Ralph Foster Museum contains a vast collection of artifacts with special emphasis on the history and culture of the Ozark Mountain Region. Originally housed in Abernathy Hall, a boy's dorm on the campus of College of the Ozarks, the building has been transformed into three floors of exhibits where visitors will find many items of interest, such as antiques, dolls, clocks, music items, a large firearms collection, natural history, and textiles, in addition to the Beverly Hillbillies truck that was used in the television series.

What a great place to visit! Very, very inexpensive and three floors of museum pieces. Kids enjoy it and grownups enjoy it! Something for everyone. You can see stuffed animals as large as polar bears as small as tiny birds. A huge collection of guns!...More

Had some great artwork displaying the Ozark life. The fun collection was huge and had all kinds of guns from all over the world. Wish I could have still gotten my picture on the Clampett's old truck.

You MUST go see this. A bargain at $6.00, 3 stories of amazing artifacts. We were blown away by the amount of artillery on display there. Anything you can possibly imagine. Put this on your to do list!!!!

The original Beverly Hillbillies truck is there!!! We are in our 50's and that was such a thrill for us since we grew up watching the Beverly Hillbillies. But the museum is incredible.

This is an incredible small museum. It will take a couple to 3 hours to view with everything from Indian relics to The Beverly Hillbillies car from the show! Great for a hot or cold day-inside!

The outside of this hidden gem doesn't especially draw you in. You may even hesitate after you walk inside....it feels a little outdated. Don't let that stop you! On the campus of the College of the Ozarks, this museum has an amazing collection of antiques,...More

This museum is a good size - not too large or small. While my husband spent time examining the weapons, I had time to linger over the cameo collection and kewpie dolls, etc.
