This is an ornate and beautiful structure with exquisite mosaic. History and art come together as a monument to one's faith. It is surely one site that must be on every visitor's itinerary.

Even had I not been baptized here the Cathedral Basilica would get a strong recommendation from. The largest collection of mosaics are housed within this building.i have been to churches throughout Europe and I think this ranks right ther with the best of them.
