When traveling I usually check out the local Episcopal cathedral. You will be pleased with a Sunday visit here. The choir is professional-class quality and the cathedral itself is beautiful. Take time to examine the stained-glass windows, which are superior to those seen in other churches in St Louis. The congregation was quite friendly.

Lovely cathedral . wish we could have seen inside .. maybe next time. It's right downtown .. we saw it while walking around. towards dusk homeless converged around it and started bothering us so we decided to get out of the area.

There was some sort of service going on inside so did not enter. We did however take photos on the outside which provided us with interesting pictures. I liked the looks of this place.

Any time I have entered the church I have been greeted with warmth and courtesy. The church was designed by Leopold... More

illuminating to compare with the basilica, like comparing a mozart string quartet to a brass band playing a sousa march. the roman edifice is grandiose, imperial, imposing. CCC is reflective, soaring, spare

Everybody should try to visit this church. Check to see if you can attend when they have music.

Good neo-Gothic retable and great acoustics for concerts. Good liberal Episcopalian congregation.
