We have visited many times to buy the superb ice cream, but is also a great day out for families especially younger children. Some play areas are free of charge and there is also plenty of shopping and cafeteria

Me, my husband and my two children (aged 2 and 4) had a lovely visit to the farm this half term! Children loved the play areas inside and out, and the ice cream was, as always, delicious. We decided to stay for lunch, what a good decision! The pantry provided such variation in choices for all of us, with tasty... More

Disgusted by the owner of the cafe (The Pantry) here. We sat down about to order for ourselves and got out our one year old daughter's sandwich. Very rude staff member (said she was the owner) snapped at us that she couldn't eat that in here and ordered us to look at the menu. Children's menu included nuggets and chips,... More

As discussed, we are taking this very seriously and our director is liaising with the pantry directly to get to the bottom of this. More

I visited the farm for the first time yesterday, what a fab place to come to. I took my 21mth old granddaughter and she loved it especially the sand and water experience, there was so much to see and do . She loved the animals and the tractor rides. Everyone I saw was having a wonderful time. It was very... More

First visit to The Ice Cream Farm yesterday after it was recommended by a friend with my 5 and 3 year old. They LOVED it! With so much to do it is a day out. The soft play was very good and they loved the water and sand area (don't for get a towel and spare clothes!). I cannot comment... More

My wide and I took our 16 month old baby daughter here today and we had a couple of hours of fun in the soft play area and Honeycombe Canyon. We then went to the cafe (Pantry) to eat. It was our first time here and had prepared some simple fruit and small ham sandwich for our daughter before leaving... More

As we are a free to enter site, we don't allow picnics. However, you certainly shouldn't have been spoken to in a rude manner by the owner of The Pantry. We have passed your comments on to the Director. Many Thanks More

Visited for the first time today with children aged between 2 and 7. Usually we find that there are parts of a family attraction that are either too young for our eldest or the youngest can't join in with the older ones. However, this was perfect for this age range. They enjoyed every attraction, in fact we had planned to... More

Visited here on Sunday 19th Feb. It was rather busy but it's half term plus a weekend. I think there were at lot of older children who are unruly and uncontrollable which isn't the parks fault but the parents I do think there should be some age limits for some of the outdoor activities as the older ones are be... We called for an ice cream and was absolutely wowed at the amazing place this is, we don't have young children but if we had this is every child's dream day out. So much to for them it's amazing. I loved the animals and giving the goats a tickle which they enjoyed. The ice cream was the best I've ever... More
