There is a pond where you can feed the ducks, a park, and stage, a basketball court, and skateboard park, a dog park, and a wonderful trail that goes around the area. There is open field areas where you can bbq too. Just a great place to unwind and be.

It is a nice park and fairly clean except for the goose droppings, slick as can be, sure could soil your nice clothes if you fall down. Go in the early spring time before the pond water gets full of bread crumbs and other scraps.

Gibson Park is such a gem in Great Falls! Centrally located close to downtown, this beautiful and historic park has so much to offer. It is absolute heaven for gardeners, with it's enormous garden with beautiful stone walls and a large stone arch. Perfect location for many weddings. The large pond features an island and fountains and in spring-fall is... More

Out of all the parks in Great Falls, this is one of my top 2 (the other being Giant Springs). I go almost every day since it's close to down town. Bring bread to feed the ducks/geese and even peanuts for squirrels! The flower garden is beautiful, lots of weddings happen there. My daughter loves the play ground. I love... More

Gibson Park is a really nice place to relax, especially in the summer. Lots of shade from the mature trees. The flower gardens bloom from early spring until a heavy frost. You'll see wedding parties taking advantage of the beautiful background. In the summer the city band as well as other musical talent entertain every Wednesday night. The Lewis and... More

Love going down here watching the swans, ducks, geese, & sea gulls, having ice cream. You can walk around the fountained pond, the lawned front part, or sit in your vehicle & just watch or walk under the rail way tunnel to the horse shoe pits , or watch or participate @ the skate board park. Also on that side... More
