Small but Decently Fun

I've been to Splash twice and hope to never go back. This place gets way too crowded. I had a very frightening experience with a small granddaughter. We were in the Lazy River and got overtaken by a bunch of kids - no harm intended - and my little granddaughter and I got dislodged from each other. I literally could... More

This splash park is very small but still a nice way to spend a couple hours on a sunny summer day. The cost of entry was reasonable and worth it. The concession prices were high but not too bad and the food was mostly edible. Not a lot of shade available, though, so don't forget your sunscreen!

we took the kid here for the first time. i grew-up in missoula and this was originally a community pool. they did a nice job. smaller than most water parks and priced right for size and amenities. cabanas are expensive and would need several people in your party to justify the price. cannot bring food in and the choices are... We took the family here during a summer visit. They had a blast, plenty of activities to keep them going all day. The staff is friendly and there are multiple pools and slides to enjoy.

Terrific to find a 50M OutDoor Lap Pool while traveling. I like to do my workouts even when on the road. The rest of Splash was busy, the 50M LapPool was not. With it being +34C, it was perfect weather to swim outdoors.

I crashed on a slide that was not operating properly with my 9 year old daughter. Luckily she was not as hurt as I was. My knee hit so hard on cement at end of the slide it filled with fluid and was swollen. My ankle had a gash in it. When I went to the first aid station to... More

We recently had family in town and took the kids to Splash Montana. I am not one who enjoys large crowds - especially screaming kids - and was pleasantly surprised by how large, quiet and diverse their offerings were. I was able to swim laps in the Olympic size pool while the kids were screaming on the other side of... More

We were a little reluctant to go because our 5 and 7 year olds were not tall enough for the big slides. They are great swimmers and LOVE to go down big slides. You must be 48" to use the big slides, and we feared a lot of unhappy moments when they discovered that wouldn't be a possibility. Luckily this... More

On a trip out to visit family, we went with some of them around 11:15 one morning. This is a small scale water park at a great value. It got fairly busy, but wasn't too crazy, and the lines were next to none. There is the "lake" which is an Olympic type pool with a few lanes for lap swims... More

This simple water park has something for everyone. Slides and chutes for the kids, paddling area for toddlers, lap pool for the serious swimmers. Missoula is a quiet town so it is never too crowded in the water, though sun beds in the shade soon get taken after the 11.00am opening. Concession stands have plenty to offer. An observation: the...
