The park was amazing to drive through, and we saw a lot of bisons in the distance. Sadly, we did not see any up close. However, we did see a lot of other animals up close, and enjoyed the scenic background.

The park is very nice and entrance fee is handled by the National Park permits, so if you have one it will not cost you a thing. The check in is at the visitor center which has animal displays and bathrooms. The drive is over...More

We started at about 9 and ended around noon on a rainy day and saw almost every animal they said we were able to see. We did the big loop and were afraid the rain would dampen the chance to see animals but did not. I think... More

They travel to different parts of the park, not out of it. It is very possible you don't see them up close, but you should still see them. I have been in Aug, and Nov, and June and saw them every time. Hope you enjoy it and... More
