Be sure to see the Abraham Lincoln bronze statue on the 14th Street side. Then there's the water feature across the street. It's a great place to get a group shot on the front steps.

We done our own tour of the capitol building, we went up to the 14th floor and had a 360 degrees view of the sights. Some interesting things to see inside as well. And a nice little gift shop.

I have been to a number of state capitols but this is truly unique. Not a clone of the US Capitol. Beautiful both outside and inside. Truly beautiful. If you are in lincoln it is a must see.
