One of the best memorials to service personnel I have seen. It also has a piece on the canteen effort done in WWII. Worth a visit, will not take long, but will be remembered.

What a wonderful tribute to our men and women of the armed forces. Every state in the Union should have at least ONE of these memorials.

This is an amazing little stop along the interstate. North Platte should be proud of this memorial. Worth taking a few minutes to stop.
