Front Street has been around since the early 60's. The free (a jar is provided for donations) museum is fun and quirky. The food has always been the best part of my visits. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and fries for lunch. Very good!...More

The food is not very good. Their ribeye steak was very thin. The prices are high for what you get. The show was just okay. The young people in it were entertaining.

We wanted a touristy thing to do while we stopped for lunch, and that's exactly what we got--but we didn't expect the affordable and delicious lunch at the attached restaurant! Totally worth stopping and taking the brief detour if you're going through Ogallala. The museum...More

nice, quick museum-type section. we did not eat there, just a walk through of the 'museum' section. They had some live music which was fun.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Place had an old west feel. Our problem came with the food. The steak was as much fat and gristle as meat. Good baked potato and salad. The restaurant was busy on a Saturday night with locals so I’m assuming...More

Very interesting little replica of the old west. Street includes a bar, a restaurant, jail, general store, small museum, and others. Enough to keep you busy for an hour or more. Even more if you stop to eat.

We weren't sure what to expect, but this was a fun little diversion while traveling along the interstate. The entire rows of storefronts is actually a long connected building, housing everything from a saloon to a museum to a gift/antique store.

I had the Boot Hill Sandwich. Oh so good. The steak is thinly cut, with just the right amount of mushrooms, peppers and Swiss cheese on a Hoagie Bun. I had the salad to “be good”, but really like the steak fries.

We actually went into the Crystal Palace Saloon for a drink and some appetizers... Found out that the whole Front Street is connected inside so was fun to meander and see the museum and gift shop. Not busy, so we sat a bit and talked...More

We were taken by the different store fronts and had to have the pictures to prove that they were really there. The place was in good shape and the people in the places were very helpful to us.
