Red Rock Canyon has great views but parking in the visitor center is expensive. Parking is $15 per car so it’s best to plan out a hike before arriving to get your moneys worth.

Wonderful. I would take water. The drive thru is very relaxing and interesting. Worth the nominal fee for entry. Wear comfortable shoes for walking. We saw some birds but it's the rocks that are the show. They do have hiking and recommend 1 gallon of...More

Red Rock is a great day trip out of Vegas. So once you have lost all your earnings at the casino’s in Vegas and want to get back to nature my advice is to rent a car and make the 45 minute trip out to...More

Fantastic! We rented electronic bikes to tour the canyon. The weather was perfect and even my 13-year-old had a great time! If you like this, you might also enjoy the drive to the Valley of Fire.

13 mile loop road around the canyon. Multiple overlooks and trails along the way. Beutiful scenery of the mounta8ns and canyon floor. A short, easy trail near the back of the canyon leads to an area with petroglyphs and pictoglyphs. A nice bonus.

You can drive through or (if you're really energetic) you can walk/bike through. The scenery is beautiful and it's a perfect place for pictures.

It was barely our of the city and I would have to say...I was shocked at how small it actually was. It is just a big loop road around a small canyon. It took about 13 minutes to drive and stop for pictures at a...More
