Long Day, but the view is worthy.

When I booked the tour we were to be picked up at the Mirage. I called to confirm, then received an e-mail that pick up was at Treasure Island. I also, was told the bus stopped... read more

Tess was our driver, she was amazing, she kept the group interested during the 4 hour drive, rather than just drive. On the way up we stopped at a buffet, the food was good, of course the Grand Canyon was totally amaizing, we got lucky with perfect weather, overall it was well worth the cost. The bus was big, modern... More

When I booked the tour we were to be picked up at the Mirage. I called to confirm, then received an e-mail that pick up was at Treasure Island. I also, was told the bus stopped for pictures at Hoover Dam (not true). We were picked up on time. It is confusing because there are many companies doing pick ups... More

Spent the day on the Grand Canyon West Rim tour run by The Grand Canyon Tour & Travel Co. It included a photo-op @ Hoover Dam, water, snack, & a Honey Baked ham boxed lunch. When you get to the West Rim you have 4 hrs to see all of the West Rim sites. Our driver Brandon had a great... More

We booked this tour for two and payed $80 for person. We went to the bus stop at 7 and bus left Las Vegas 7.30 so not a big wait. It took around 2pm to reach Gand Canyon and we had 2 stops on the way. They give you a free buffet in one stop and food is okay. Bus... More

7 things the Grand Canyon Tour Company says they are going to do, then don't. LIE 1. Mercedes Van. Nope, big white bus. Feels like a bus, driver calls it a bus so the V in VIP does not mean Van. Super uncomfortable seats. We were extremely disappointed within the first 15 seconds. LIE 2. We provide breakfast. Nope. Its... More

Avoid this company and all of it's tours. If our tour is anything to go by, you will be wasting your money. We took the Hoover Dam Premium tour. It was far from premium. It started with slow transfers to their depot to switch coaches at the start of the tour, a long wait for the tour to start and... More

Your perspective is respected, thank you for sharing. Out of the 200 thousand plus visitors that travel with us each year we receive a tiny fraction of negative reviews, less than a quarter of one percent. Some would be pleased with that ,we are not, and while it is common to believe you cant please everyone, we wont stop trying.... More

We booked the VIP tour a month earlier after explaining it was our 10th wedding anniversary and travelling all the way from Australia we wanted a special trip. The tour was confirmed by email. Our pickup time was 6am and something in my mind told me to check the pick up point and time. When I called the lady on... More

Thank you for sharing with us. Congratulations on ten years. It sounds like high winds cancelled your air tour so our agents attempted to book you on a ground tour? More

Our tour guide, Tess, was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and made the trip very enjoyable. Very comfortable and clean bus. Long day but well worth the trip. Words can't describe the Grand Canyon. It is something you have to see yourself and this is a great way to do it. Would highly recommend.

Picked up on time, but then sat at a bus terminal for an hour while they went back and got all the people that were late. The bus ride was fine. When we arrived, we were to be taken to the bottom of the dam to float on the Colorado for 45 minutes. Instead we waited in another parking lot... More
